Are you adequately compensated by your current employer? Do you know what you are worth or rather do you care? What are some of the workplace benefits you get from your current employer; Savings plan, Company Stock, Overtime pay, Vacation and sick/personal day (Paid), Training, Miscellaneous perks? What motivates your day to day work morale? Do you focus more on your professional development or impressing your boss?
How do you measure your worth? Refer to an industry benchmark? or whatever the employer decides? Do you think professionals in Kenya are adequately compensated? |

Honestly the word adequate compensation is relative until we have parameters put in place to guide on when who should get what. This is because in the industry of accountancy accountants remuneration vary depending on the company one works for or need I say the relations one has in which ever company one is in.
So for me I don\'t really think there is adequate compensation.
