What did you go through to get the job you have today? Resume? Phone calls? A couple of interviews and some calls to your references? Do you own your own company? What tips would you give to someone searching for a Job? Do you think the hiring process in Kenya is transparent enough? |

Just had an interview with a guy who wanted a job. From what I deduced from the way he kept flip flopping from one topic to the other, this guy just wanted any job. Besides, his job history and education were shaky at best. Despite my best efforts I could not find any way of helping this individual.
But it occurred to me that this might not be the only person having problems landing a job especially when our interests are not necessarily aligned with what we study in school and then what the job market offers later on.
Eventually in desperation, you are just looking for a break anywhere it might come. Sad really!
